Hello... I submitted my documents for PR last January 2017 with a single status. I gave birth May 2017 here in canada and got my Pr card December 2017. My problem is this. I didn't able to declare my child before i got my PR. I sticked to my single application. I was also advised by some friends nothing to worry since my baby is a Canadian. I wanna here your side guys. Pls enlighten me.
Thanks in advance.

What you did was incorrect, in that you failed to notify IRCC of the change in your circumstances but it's not significant misrepresentation because your child would not have needed to be included as a dependent. Don't worry about it.

Do i still need to declare him? As a late declaration? I'm a bit worried about misrepresentation charges afainst me. What should i do?

If you have time, you should inform IRCC but in this specific case, you will not have misrepresentation issues as the child is already a Canadian citizen, therefore not a dependent for immigration purposes.

I wouldn't even bother, since the child is already Canadian. Nothing good will come of declaring it now.
