Hi @legalfalcon,

I got my second GCMS generated on 01-Feb. There is really nothing new from the old one as Security is still Not Started.

My concern is, under Client Details, PA’s travel document information, i.e. Passport number, expiry date and country of issue, was updated with my spouse’s passport details. Should I raise CSE about it?

Thanks.

Hi there may I ask when you applied for the notes?

Hi @legalfalcon

I've received my second GCMS notes from getgcms.com on 13 February. I noticed that my application has a paper file (see image below) at my Local Visa Office (Singapore) even though I applied through EE (not paper-based). Is it normal for everyone? or its only for selected applications?

I am currently at security screening stage as I have two blank pages in my GCMS notes having s.15(1) in the top right corner.

Here is my application timeline (PNP-Outland):
AOR: 12 September 2017
IP1: 6 October 2017
Medical Pass: 15 December 2017
NA2: Not seen
IP2: 18 December 2017 (and stuck at IP2 since then)

Dear @legalfalcon ,

I just got my GCMS notes. There are two parts that I couldn't make sense of. I'm hoping you could share some insights.
Under ASSESSMENTS, there's an entry "Other Reqs: Not Started". Is Other Reqs referring to the additional documents I submitted or something else?
Under Security activities, there are only two entries, one for me, the other for my spouse. Is this normal? It seems most people on this forum have multiple entries under Security activities.

Thank you!

This is SGVO reply:

"
We are currently reviewing the information provided by you in support of this application.

We estimate that the review may exceed the average processing timeframe set out in the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter which you received.

Often, delays in the processing of an application are out of our control as some processing steps require coordination with external authorities.

Our office will contact you as soon as the review is completed, or as soon as more information, documents or an interview are required.

Delays in the processing of visa applications are always disappointing to all concerned, but rest assured that all efforts are being made to ensure efficient and expeditious processing of all visa applications

I am also SGVO. When did you send the email? I just crossed the 6th month today but I don’t know if I am in SS as I don’t have those redacted notes or blank pages. However, my Security is still not started since I went to IP2 in Dec. My AOR is 07-Sep.

Our timelines are very similar.

I emailed SGVO on 21 February, and they replied in 24 hours.

How do you know that your security screening is not started?

I meant “Security”. I don’t know if I am in SS or not since I didn’t find any wording for “Security Screening” from my two GCMS notes. I only have two Security activities, one for me and my spouse. Neither those blank pages, redacted notes nor s(15).

I also emailed SGVO today at 13:00. I will update once I receive a reply.

If I were you, I would raise an official CSE asking for the status of my application, since you already crossed the 6 months mark... I will cross mine next week, and I will raise CSE... maybe, it will trigger something in IRCC.

Good luck.

I already did, to CIC last night and SGVO this morning before the email.
