Passport expiry and study permit

Hi Friends,

I applied study permit. I have some doubt. My passport has validity of till next 10 months.but study permit will be next 12 months.

1. Will they approve or refuse?
2.if approve how long will they give permit?
3. If approve shall I extend passport before enter into canada?

1. If you have a good application they can approve it.
2. If approved, the visa will be until the expiry date of your passport. When you arrive in Canada your permit will expire after the course of your study.
3. If approved then I think you should renew your passport before you enter Canada.

My doubt is because of this passport expiry issue will they refuse visa??
