Transit visa required?

Im planning to travel from hyderabad to toronto by jet airways. The flight is connecting hyd-mumbai-LHW(london)-YYZ(toronto).And the waiting time is about 4hrs at london.And also the terminal is changing for the next flight to toronto. So do i need a transit visa for UK.?
And if the terminal do not change even though do i need transit visa?

I don't think so that you will require a transit visa for UK. However, give a call to Jet Airways and confirm about this with them

I called them but they are saying we don't know about this u need to contact the consulate.

If you’re changing terminals you are gonna need a transit visa if I’m not wrong..
