supporting documents OWP spouse sponsorship

Hello everyone!

I'm currently preparing my file to apply for the residency and an OWP, my husband is sponsoring me. I'm not sure what documents to submit for the work permit, i dont have a job offer or anything so what exactly im supose to submit apart from personal documents (id, passport...)

You don’t need any job offer. If your husband is sponsoring you. You will be eligible for an open work permit you should have valid status .

Thank you jeet07 for the quick reply. In the check list it mentions that if you have applied for CAQ and if not when. But i have asked before and the CAQ is only obtained only when immigration Canada accepts my file. Another thing they ask for the last stamp on my entry in Canada and it was electronically done.

Maybe it's a stupid question but...

I'll apply for Spouse Sponsorship + OWP

Do I need to provide twice the same documents (like passports and marriage certificate) for each application?
