Hi guys,

I m a citizen of India and married to Canadian PR. We submitted our application of Family Class - Spouse living outside Canada, in Jan 2018 while I was in India. My husband is living in Toronto. Later as I got a visitor Visa, I moved in with him in Toronto in the second week of Feb 2018.
We have just received a confirmation of our application being received and its in progress. Now For the all next steps of Police Clearance, Medical Checkup and Passport submission - do I have to return back and process all this from India only ? Or can I process them all while living in Canada?

Everything can be processed while you are staying in Canada with no issues. You will want to submit a request to IRCC via the web form letting them know that your address is now in Canada rather than India.

Thank you for such a prompt response.
So does that mean I don't even have to change the type of application from Outland to Inland ?
Only an address update in my application should do the job ?

That’s correct. :)
