Did you look under 'view submitted application'? The button is at the bottom of your cic profile page under the messages section. I got similar message and when I clicked the view submitted application button there was a request to upload duplicate police certificate. I used the option to upload the pdf copy. Then the status changed to:
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.

yes i checked in "View Submitted Applications" and its showing the RPRF receipts that i uploaded back in November, and it was showing Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded since then. It only from this week it has changed to " we need additional documents to continue processing your application".

In that case, I wouldn't worry too much. You'll get an email or letter if anything else is required.

I have a document to add to my file to amend the information in the original application form. I tried uploading it using the case specific inquiry form, but it got rejected and didn't tell me why. I don't have SA yet and so don't know what my LVO is. Do I need to wait for SA to update documents?

Whoever is maintaining excel file, can you please mention passport request on 23 feb for hs202 parents. London office. I think I submitted mine application sometime in June 2017, medical were sometime in Nov 2017.

I am 2016 batch and still waiting for PPR for my Parents in-law. My visa office is VO Ottawa.

My first post here.

Very, very happy to share we received decision made for parents earlier this week, possibly because they already had an approved super visa and medical results from there were also used for the PR application.

Application received by CIC end of June 2017
Police certificates requested in November 2017 and again (for a different country) in early Feb 2018.
Passport request: this week
Visa Office: London

We could not link the application to the ECAS so we could only see the 3-4 lines of updates (application received, requested additional information, etc. ).

We have multiple applications in progress and IRCC appears to be making progress on all of them. In some cases, we're not being patient enough, but in this case we've been happily surprised.

What is SA? My parents application was received on May 4, 2017. AOR on Aug 4,2017. I requested to add a dependent ;my younger sister 21yo) on November 2017 and they said they will forward the request to my visa office but I have not heard anything the status of the application was stuck in “application received”

SA = Sponsorship approval

Reading your sheet. Found at least 5 person's applications(1st round 2017) were proved(Decision made).
So for the first round, their applications were proved in 6 to 8 months? So quick!
