@kahir00 I think the pre arrival letter is a good thing, perhaps the BGC is already happening but the VO just didnt update ECAS. I think sometimes the BGC, DM and PPR happen at the same time.... I have no idea how it works

Hi @kahir00, I am also an October 16th applicant. I recieved my pre arrival on January 9th - but it’s been over a month and I have not heard anything. I think our application is stuck in the “background check” still.

What is your timeline? Did your background check start? It would be helpful if you could share your timeline
