if I'm in a relationship with my sponser for about 3 years and we are engaged but in our homeland we cannot live together until we get married .. how my sponser will apply for me ?

Since you have not lived together and can't live together, you cannot sponsor as common law partners.

Better you marry and then apply to sponsor.
