Hi,

My spouse's FBI PCC contains her middle name, but rest of the EE/ITA/eAPR does not. Will that be an issue?

There might be an issue. It is safe to have the name as it appears in the passport and consistent in every form.
That I fully agree. But then again, many of my employment reference letters are missing my middle name, whereas my passport has it. Have folks been rejected due to inconsistency of a middle name being present across documents?

I can't really answer that, will let others reply. However, it is a good idea to explain in the LoE with a good reason for absence of middle name in your other documents.

I appreciate your response. Thank you!

Goodluck buddy!
Thank you!

FWIW, even though my online status says "We are reviewing the additional documents...", the email response from CPC says "We do not require any information from you at the present time." So, I'm hoping they didn't mind the presence of the middle name.

Thank you!

It can be interpreted in a different way too. They are reviewing your docs and based on what has been reviewed so far they do not require any additional doc, but upon further review they might require additional doc(s).

However, all you can do for now is wait until further notice. During my app, I did not follow too closely with terms like IP1, IP2, BG1, etc which is becoming more common in discussions nowadays as I found it difficult to predict my app review stage. Also, the processing sequence is inconsistent from what I observed. There are some people getting PPR in less than 2 months and others waiting longer than a year.

I hope they send you a PPR email very soon.

Thank you so much for your kind words! :)

Its true that they can shoot me an ADR at anytime during the process, but the fact that they don't need anything right now eases me a little that they may be okay with the PCC. Rest is a waiting game :)

Thanks again.
