God day All,

I applied for study permit 3 times and was denied the 3 times but the third time came with the inadmissibilty clause of 5 years due to misrepresentation section 40 (1)(a) and it was it in a mail that I could be inadmissible for 5 years. I was refused a visitors visa to the United united tates that year but did not include it in my canada application.

Does this means I can not apply for Canada under any stream ?

If yes how best can I remove the inadmissibility?
Will this affect my subequent visa application the USA now because I want to apply now?

Can it also affect applying for student visa to the United kingdom. As I want to explore study in the UK too.

Will appreciate your honest responses thank you.

Yes - it means you cannot apply for Canada under any stream for 5 years.

There is no way to remove the inadmissibility. Unfortunately you were correctly refused and correctly banned for 5 years since you failed to list your US visa refusal in your application.

If you decide to apply for a visa to either the UK or US, make sure you are 100% honest in your application about all visa refusals.

Did you include the fact that you were refused study visa's to Canada also when applying?

The only way to remove that misrepresentation charge is to prove that CIC made a mistake on your application. You were correctly refused because you didn't mention your US visa refusal.

Having being banned for 5 years in Canada, do expect that any visa application to any countries will have a low approval rate.
