Today my background check went from Not applicable at 10 am in morning to We started processing your background check at 3 pm.

Guys another concern my wife made a mistake on schA form. she missread the question4 part d where it asks for any previous visa refusals.
She mentioned NO thinking that they are asking only for refugee status or permanent visa refusals. My wife applied for visit visa for canada in 2013 and it was refused. Now how do we explain that in letter to why or how that mistake was made. Any one who has gone through anything like this plz let me know urgently

My wife has already submitted her Passport in high commission islamabad along with Appendix-A. And after 22nd of November. 2017 we have wrote to their office twice once before submitting passport and then after submitting the Passports.
Any idea what is going on amd what can I do?

Own risk medical means that they actually need the medical but they dont want to take responsibility of loss of money if interview is failed.
Means after interview they will ask you to provide medical result. It will cause delay. Thats why they are asking Medical at own risk. If you pass interview you give medical and your case will go fast without delay.
If failed the loss of money in medical is not on VO

Thank you for the detailed reply. Yes, My wife has sent an email to Can Med Pk and hopefully she will have the medical cleared before the interview, hoping that this will save us some time.

if they have not asked you for PCC then they may not need it. They will ask you if they need it

Additional docs changed to we need more documents to process your file

Today i checked
It says BG check not applicable
We do not need additional documents

What does that mean

this is normal, its a glitch in their system, when someone orders notes, it changes to we need more docs. dont worry about it.

if they need more docs they will send you an email

There new form imm5533 checklist has this criteria now. Checklist of oct2017

no it doesn't? I used that checklist, never saw that. It states you can submit joint financial statement to show your marriage is genuine, nothing to do with sponsor supporting the applicant.

Fill a new Sch A form and write a cover explaining the situation honestly in clear words. Send both to LVO via email/webform.
