Employment records are not in order after the submission to CIC

Hello all,

I just submitted my PR application to CIC. ;D ;D ;D ;D. However, I noticed that my employment records are not in correct order. It is reversed as follows

Uploaded Filename: Postdoctoral Fellow 1 - 4011- pdf - CIC aksed: Employment Records - Junior Research Fellow (required)

Uploaded Filename: Postdoctoral Fellow 2 - 4011-.pdf - CIC aksed: Employment Records - Research Assistant (required)

Uploaded Filename: Research Assistant - 4012.pdf - CIC aksed: Employment Records - Postdoctoral Fellow (required)

Uploaded Filename: Junior Research Fellow - 2142- .pdf - CIC aksed: Employment Records - Postdoctoral Fellow (required)


I uploaded my employment records from the recent one, but, CIC saved it from the last one. It cannot be changed at this stage. I am worried about getting rejected for this issue. Did anyone face the same problem? Please give some suggestions.

Don't worry. I also did the same thing. and many people mentioned that the corresponding Visa Officer will figure it out.

And i raised a CSE and the reply is, the corresponding Visa Officer will verify.

I'm going to upload my documents. Just wanted to confirm before that. In which order, you had mentioned your work history section? Did you follow the same order to upload the documents ? Please clarify.

Thanks Karthik. Submitted docs from recent to past. Its reflected with job titles as expected.

There is this glitch in their software. To prevent this from happening, when document checklist is opened. click on UPLOAD FILE. then press CANCEL, in my case by doing it 2 times, the DOCUMENT NAME changes. for example
"Police certificate (required)
police certificate 2 (required)"
will change to
"Police certificate (India)
police certificate 2 (Singapore or whatever applicable)" , similarly names for employment records will change
