My documents reached WES on 30th Morning (local time) and now it's Thursday and they are yet to open the package..

My timeline:-

17/07/2017 - Account Created

08/12/2017 - Application submitted & reference number generated (western union selected).

12/12/2017 - Application payment made (using UK debit card). Status: On hold, We are waiting for your documents.

(Documents reached various dates from UK universities).

19/12/2017 - Status: In progress, We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

08/01/2018 - Status: On hold, We are waiting for your documents. (all documents showed accepted but one was missing).

09/01/2018 - Status: In progress, We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

12/01/2018 - Status: In progress, We are reviewing your evaluation report.

12/01/2018 - Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
Your evaluation is due for completion on 02/01/2018

31/01/2018 - Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s).
You have no pending steps.

01/02/2018 - Your Document by Document Evaluation (ECA) - Initial Application order is complete and we sent copies of your evaluation report to your recipient(s). View your electronic report online.

They will take around 3-4 days, that's normal.

I had sent my as well as my wife's doc in same package. They have received the doc of both of us on same day i.e 17th Jan. Today i.e. 31st of Jan I got a message that "We are reviewing your evaluation report" but in my wife's case still the status has not changed, hopefully this should happen in a day or 2.

Can you please let us know when did the documents reach WES, when did the ‘we received your documents’ status was displayed and after how many days was the status 'Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.Your evaluation is due for completion on 2/8/2018' updated? By this we can get an idea of timeline.

Also How did you send the Documents to WES? Which courier service from India?

Hi all. My WES status was "All documents were reviewed and accepted. Updated 1/11/2018" Due date for completion was 1/31/2018. Today it was changed to "Status: In progress / We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 1/31/2018"

It's changed back to "reviewing your document(s). Did this happen to anyone before?

Call WES right away friend and ask them.

For me it took 3 business day

Hi,

Did you Create 2 WES Account, One for you and One for your Wife?

Yes created 2 distinct WES accounts but sent all the docs together in one package with respective WES reference number on it. Saved quite a bit.

I sent through FedEx.

What all documents WES will ask? Can you tell me in detail. Did you send any soft copies of the document?

I have done - BE in Biotechnology.

Wife - B - COM.

Also if you don't mind can you tell how much will FedEx charge to send documents from India to Canada?

I had sent Transcripts, attested Mark sheet as well as Degree certificate. No we do not have to send any soft copies. FedEx charges around 1500 for sending docs to Canada and it reaches at most in a week.

Thanks for the reply. Did you send the Transcripts in sealed envelop? OR did you send Transcripts, attested Mark sheet as well as Degree certificate all in one envelop?

I am planning to do WES assessment so asking.

Yes sealed envelop, they all were in separate envelop, where are you from in India ?
