Repeatedly getting the "Profile Ineligible" message. Unable to submit a new EE profile. CRS was 454 when I submitted in Dec 2017. Don't know what happened all of a sudden. The info I am providing is the same.

Jan AOR was rejected because of old/ expired PCC. Was asked to get a new PCC and re-apply.

Is there anyway to reach out to the CIC with this problem?

Thanks.

Are you applying under FSW? If yes, make sure you meet the financial criteria

Thanks. Yes applying under FSW. The profile was getting rejected because the work history tab was not updated and was blank.

Finally back in the EE pool. Thanks everyone and sorry for the panic!

Anyone having issues with logging into cic account?
System keeps on showing me error page after successful login
I have almost never been able to login using GCKey in the first try. It takes me 4-5 tries to enter my account. The system keeps reverting back to the welcome page! Very frustrating.

When did you get your PCC?
Normally you should try to get the PCC after the ITA when you have 90 days to submit the documents as PCC will expire in 6 months time and they will not be accepting it after it expires. If you are in India then you can get the PCC pretty fast from PSK.

For profile ineligible, please double check your profile again and make sure your ECA is not expired. ITELS should also be valid till you get an AOR.

Seniors can help here.
Finally EE profile got accepted. The work history tab was not updated and was blank when I tried twice earlier. Dont know how! Thanks for your concern and help. Cheers!

Hi Kushagra,
Is it mandatory to have all the experience letters from all the organisations you've worked with before creating an EE profile?

I have the same doubt. I have an apartment in Cuba in the very heart of Havana, two blocks from the Capitol in a very good building and really comfortable that I am going to sell to obtain the funds to emigrate. But I can not sell it before I get the ITA. So, it's not possible for me to have proof of funds for 6 months because I will get them when I sell my house, and it can be as soon as I receive the ITA since I already have several people interested and that can be done in one day. Will I have problems for not showing funds of 6 months? or having my property will be valid too?
Thanks
Angie

In your case you do not have to show funds for six months. You can just sell your apartment and deposit the money in your bank. Then attach your bank statement and sales receipt/deed and explain in the LOE about the source of the audden money.

Thanks a lot for the prompt response. Does the same apply for proof of funds ? Although people normally say to maintain a record of six months in the bank.

You can find the step by step requirements for creating an EE profile on the CIC website. Please read.

Proof of funds: yes, it is always advisable to have 6 months bank statement showing your balances, however if one shows the required funds in his / her account in a span shorter than that, it can be backed by showing legitimate reasons/documents reflecting sudden influx of funds. One can show available funds in PF / Stocks or anything that is readily liquidated in the proof of funds upon receiving final Visa. Not advisable to sell / liquidate anything before receiving the ITA , which I am sure is also mentioned on CIC.

Hope this clarifies.

Thanks.

Do not worry about UCI. This is the 4th time I have created a profile. I had the same concern on creating my profile 2nd time. Your new profile will go just fine. UCI will get assigned in some time. My friend also recreated his profile yesterday hoping for the OINP NOI. You are not alone. :) cheers
thanks
