2014 rejected case

My brother case got rejected last year . We did appeal in federal court. His file is reopened and now in CIC it’s showin in process and -1 reviving date of 2014
2. We did corenspondance on Jan 14 2018 about the decision of your application ?

Now i have few question’s ? Is anyone here in the same boat ?
We didn’t received any e-mail or mail from them ? We checked every single spam and folder’s, there is nothing ?
The medical was done previously in June 2016 ? M just wondering what is the procedure now ?

In the same situation. Give it two weeks, if there’s still nothing, send them an e-mail. They’d re-send the corespondence.

you can mail the lawyer from the immigration website, of canada ,there ,the support team and ,lawyer mail id is given , you can check from them
