OINP has given me a shock. I feel my dream is coming to an end. OINP was my only hope and then they do THIS.
well they also put this at the end of the statement "The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria." so theres hope.

You are correct it is not mentioned anywhere but we just think that these people will obviously get direct ITA. Going through PNP is the longer route for them to get ITA and with extra cost.
I hope the 330 initial invitation will not be counted towards 6,600 total allocation :( because obviously these guys will reject the NOI tomorrow.

It seems that CIC may not let the score go down as it will put pressure on people to go through PnP route and spend extra bucks. Let's see if CIC and PnP are co-related. If the cut-off is 440 (+/- 2) then it means OINP will revise their methodology and may start issuing NOIs to low scorers.

But getting closer to 400 - 420 seems to be a long shot now.

Tommorow ITA could keep hopes alive or shatter altogether. If it doesn't go down by atleast 5 points, signs are not good.

It appears first draw is done but when is the next one happening? Next week? The following month? And just like ITA who knows what will be the next criteria? Pick the same CRS score from 2017 or lower the CRS and pick again from 2018 profiles? It's becoming unpredictable!:eek::(

6,600 is PR target not NOIs. Pls correct me if i am wrong
Do remember that many people who submitted application in Nov 2017 have not received nominations, they will be considered in 2018 quota

But the update on
That may not be true, a person stated in whatsapp group that they got NOI after recreating profile with a crs of 401
The oinp page said they issued. 340 NOI to candidates with CRS 440-446 that's for the round that they conducted on the 19th of January.
