I received a NOI from Ontario last year but due to funding issues I had to decline it in the end. I see they are now open again.

So what's the best way to get another invite? I'm on 420 and not hopeful of a EE ticket anytime soon.

what if someone accepts NOI from pnp and pays the respective fee after that the candidate also receives the ITA from EE and rejects pnp, in that case will the fee be refundable or not?

OINP fee is only refundable if you withdraw your applucation in submitted status. Or if OINP returns your application after cinsudering it incomplete.

Hi,

With increase in funds requirement in Jan2018, I am stuck in a peculiar situation. We are family of three and funds requirement has increased from $18825 to $19092. I have one six month old FD which I will be using for POF, amounting to 19215 (converted from Indian Rupee to Dollars). My worry is, if there fluctuations in currency, then I don't have any funds to show for the fluctuated amount which are six month end.

I have following options for which I need your opinion.

1) I have one running account which has $2000-$2200(converted from Indian Rupee to Dollars) every month but I can't show them as six month old funds
2) I have PPF account which is 6 years old and has approx $16000. I don't think it can be used.
3) I have 3 year old Employee provident fund having approx $6000. $3000 are my part of salary and rest are of my employer.

I want to know which of these I can use as POF or can I use gift deed for some amount from my father if its three month old as POF.

Also, can three month old funds but less than four months be used as POF.

I am about to update my profile with the new IELTS score. This query has been asked many times in the past. However, for my satisfaction i would like to have clarity. I have moved 4 companies under 2 NOCs in the past 11 years.

I am not sure if I will be able to get a reference letter from all of them. I have a choice of selecting either of the NOCs. Should I show all the experience in my profile or only the ones for which I will be claiming points for? I am eligible to claim full points i.e more than 3 years experience from NOCs. Appreciate some confirmation from the forum.

You must have at least 1 year in any of the NOCs you will be claiming points for and you will need a reference letter from each you are claiming.

Given you have 11 years amongst them and assuming you would like to claim as many points as possibel, I would select just the necessary companies in which you meet the criterias and have access to get the reference letters.

In any case, if you can't get the letters from the companies, you can also get an affidavit from your co-workers.

Just withdraw and recreate using Sam gc key.....that's what I did last Friday . I was at 419 birthday came and I'm now at 413 my safest tickect is oinp.

Thanks, I get your point , but my question is , if i want to be selected for a NOI, do I revoke my GCkey and register again or do i just withdraw my current EE profile and recreate under the same GCKEY.

So glad that you got the score you wanted. Just curious about your final speaking score, I heard that BC or IDP wouldn't degrade the mark even they think the candidates's performance isn't that good than the original mark. So is this a rumor? They do actually degrade the marks.

Thanks for the response. For instance 1) Job1 - NOC 1225 2) Job2 - NOC 4163 3) Job3 - NOC4163 4)Job4 - 1225.

I would like to use Job1 and Job4 considering that I will be able to obtain the reference letter. That would mean, it could show gaps in my employment in the EE profile. Is that okay? I meet the criteria under both the combinations.
