You will find it hard to get a work permit with just a high school diploma. Have you any specific job experience? Even if you do find a job in Canada, the employer will have to get an LMI, which is expensive and takes time. This is to make sure no other Canadian can do the job. My advice would be, if you can afford it, to try and go down the study permit route.

Any canadian could do a dishwasher job so there is zero chance you would get a work permit for this. You can do any course you are interested in but try for a 2 year course. Search study permit in Canada with Google. This will give you an idea of what is required. There are rules
