Putting yourself on the bank account now won't really count for anything.

What actually proof do you have that shows you have cohabited for at least a year?

We have Mail - From family, From quebec / Canada with both our names on it. We have Tax returns with this address ( For both of us ) We have letters from family ( notarized ) that we've lived here for a year. I'm on his life insurance policy, with this listed as my address.. Private Medical insurance with this as my address..

Also! My travel insurance not only shows my address here in Canada, but it also shows my boyfriend as the person who paid for the coverage.

Also - The Taxes are for year 2016... because Canada / Quebec considered us Common-Law for Tax purposes because we have kids together and he was claiming us as dependents for 3 months.

Yeah...

I just feel anxious about them..

This whole thing is giving me such bad anxiety...

I wish they could just log onto any one of my social media’s...

It’s so frustrating. We didn’t plan our relationship around this... we didn’t think about the proofs we’d need.

Worst case- can we apply to stay in Canada another year as common law and create documention for the on-coming year?

I’m afraid our proofs aren’t strong enough...

And honestly, I can’t risk getting denied and having to go back to the states and having our family broken.

I don’t know what to do..

Don't stress. As an American, you are not a Marriage of Convenience risk and in terms of proving a genuine relationship, your burden of proof is actually very low. The key part is proving common-law and you have that; I've seen approvals with far less proof than what you have.

You will be fine.

Medical is requested during the application process. Usually after AOR and sponsor approval.

You will receive a message in your mycic account with a pre populated form to take to the panel pyshician when you go for your medical.

If you mean your FBI certificate, you should most definitely be applying ASAP, as it take about 4 months to process.

I'm going to be using a channler ( sp? ) I heard that doesn't take as long? I actually did it last year for my extension - just in case.. and it literally took a week for it to be sent back, and then another few days for my mother to send to me in canada.

How early can I get the fingerprints done? I'm sending my application Next week! If I send out my fingerprints and get them back in two weeks, will that be too much time between them requesting them? Or should I just wait for request?

You can apply whenever you want; the FBI certificate will remain valid indefinitely unless you return to the US.

On the checklist it asks if any "Family members 18 years or older" have done military services. When it is talking family members - is it only talking my immediate, like My common-law partner, my kids, or myself? Or is it talking like every one in my family ever? Because I have a few brothers who have.. along with my deceased father.

Okay. I believe I am OFFICIALLY done asking questions. I now have to package my application correctly, print out a few more pictures, and send it on it's way! I need to double check every thing so I can link it to my account later... other then that, we're good! Thank you SO much!
