Will SDS replace spp?

I have query about admission for May or September intake 2018.
Is it true that sds is going to replacing spp on 01-feb-2018??

What is SDS?

SDS is student direct stream launched on 8th june 2018 for indian students. In this rule one year tuition fee and 6 bands in each module is mandatory for study visa

In addition, not just Indian but also Philippines, Vietnam, and China. Also 6-6.5 Overall otherwise you have to apply under the Regular or General category of paying just the first semester tuition fee and a 5.5 in a score band can serve but chances of approval not full guaranteed based on CIC website
