Inconsistency in Spouse's grandfather name, possible rejection?

Hi,

My spouse grandfather's name spelling is different in her academic transcripts and marriage certificate. Problem is neither the passport nor the national ID lists the grandfather name. Could this cause a possible rejection? how should I address it?

IRCC doesn't really care what her grandfather's name is.
