Ray of Hope - 81st Draw

Hi,

Is it mandatory that the letter confirming job responsibilities be from the HR or reporting manager?
Both of these people will not be able to give me the letter. However, my colleagues are will to share the same via their official mail ID. Will this work?

Read again, that was my projection for the last draw, for this one its 437 for 2750+ITA and 434 for 3000+ ITA

Is there any chance to get ITA today with a CRS score of 435.

If not, then does it seem likely in the month of January?
 
Hello everyone!

Happy draw day! Hope there will be more ITAs for my friends over here, wish you good luck! From today we may see lower CRS ;)

PS: start ordering PCCs immediately, especially US one, it takes a huge time now than before.
