Just a quick question I got ppr on dec 28 but in the email it says I need to submit passport,photos & email it didn’t say anything about Annex A form. Do every one need to send Annex A?
Please advise.

Annex A should be at the end of your email. It is most important to send annexxA with pp and photos

Thanks for the reply. I checked my email nothing at the bottom nor anything mentioned about it in the email. My file is processed in India would that be a reason for not getting Annex a form.
I have a representative so he got the ppr email and he forwarded that to me. Can I find the Annex a form online?

Im not sure about that. You can't download, I think it has your name and UCI / application number. Just give a call to CIC, they will help you out.
Note: Annexx A is not as a pdf attached. Its along with your email only.

I think we have exactly same timeline. DM Dec 5 ppl getting ppr on Dec 8 (Saturday) and Dec 6 ppl getting ppr Dec 11 (Monday). You think maybe we are getting ours soon? I have a third party for my application so email doesn’t get sent to me. Have you heard anything? I’m so nervous!

Can I ask u a question ? I have agent to do it. Same as u. Third party. But can u c status ？ my agent said I can not c status such as md mr ppr. I only use my application number login in cic to see they received my application on Jan 10 and start on Jan 10. That’s it.

I had the same, they link the application to their account and you do not get access. What you can do however is ask them to make a screen shot while your status is open on their screen and E-Mail it to you. If you want to have access yourself you might have to cancel your representative and then after a few weeks can link the application to your account. I would not recommend that. It could delay things...
