hi try to keep this story short as possible.Im from the United States and my girlfriend lives in Canada we known each other for 12 years and been together for about a year.We recently found out we are pregnant with our first child and I need to move to Canada. I need to work there to create a living I don’t have a job offer or a special skill or trade I just need a normal job.i don’t think family sponsor ship is a option at this moment where not getting married any time soon please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Short answer: you don't qualify for a work permit.

If you want to move to Canada and be able to work, you need to get married and apply for sponsorship. If you apply inland, you will have a work permit 2-4 months after submission. You and your partner will need enough money to support yourselves for at least 4 months, if not longer, with you here as only a visitor.
 
Family sponsorship is your only feasible option. That requires marriage or being in a common law relationship. (1 year of living together, not being together.)
