Two identification what can be use

hi for BC applicant can use two identification as : 1. Passport
2. BC health care card


Please note : in the guideline says one must have to photo Id

So U mean I can use passport as a photo I’d and Bc health care card

Do you know BC health care card don’t have picture so still is ok .
