Difference between general PR and Quebec PR

Hi, I am a student in Canada. I want to know Difference between general PR and Quebec PR.

I think that if you are in, or plan to live in Quebec, there are just different requirements such as a different kind of police clearance etc.

Once you have PR, you have Canadian PR.
