Hi,

I have 5 years of work exp from 3 different companies, the second company that I worked for was a startup when I had joined and has recently changed its name. Ex ABC to ABCD (My experience letter bears the old company name and address and phone number(landline)), they have shifted there office address, they moved to a bigger office space with more employees. The company website is still the same, director, HR and everyone else.

I had applied for Student VISA on 7th NOV and there has been no update (I am just concerned if the CIC verification team is having any trouble because of this, also I am really worried since there has been no update for almost 5 weeks now) , should I wait till 12th DEC so that 5 weeks are over and they send some update, or should I send a webform intimating them about this info, the company has agreed to give me new experience letter with modified company name.

What do experts suggest? ?

No problem brother about letter. You can send webform now as they will see it only on Monday which is your 5week last date. So no problem. If you want you can send webform

Should I use webform to intimate about the changes?? or should I let it be?

Can some expert please comment..

It is not unusual for a student visa to take that long. I doubt the delay is due to the change of name an address of you previous employer.

so what would be your suggestion?

What should be my next step post the processing period (12th DEC), I am worried because there has been no update on my application , not even medical clearance.

The posted processing times are just estimates. You can send an email request but most likely the answer will be to be patient. Hopefully you will get a response next week.
