kurukshetra university transcripts... can anyone suggest me how much KUK charge?

Hi,

I would be interested in knowing the procedure of getting educational documents attested by KUK.

the step by step procedure.... and charges

you walk into your department in KU, they will give u a form i believe for transcript request, you have to go to admin block or bank inside the univ to pay the fee for that and go back to admin block , i guess the building in KU is called "Secrecy" if i can recall. i was there 6 years ago.

Hi I have passed my B.Ed in 2011 from KUK University(College JCD,Sirsa).I need Transcripts from KUK University. Can anyone suggest me
how to apply that. i have to go to college for applying transcripts or to the University.

Hi Folks,

You Can Simply visit To The Examination Branch Of Kurukshetra University. You Have To Write An Application in the favor of Asst Registrar For The Transcript .Then You Have To Pay 100 Rs For Each d.mc and Degree Transcipt At OBC Bank, Kurukshetra University. And Fees Will Be calculated Like This.e.g:- if i would like to get 1 set of my B.tech Degree Transcript then i have to pay 9*100= 900 (8 D.M.C`s and 1 degree). and in case i would like to apply for 5 university and i wanna get 5 set of my B.tech degree documents then 900*5=4500. And same Number Of Photocopies Also Required With your application. and then submit all the document at top floor of the Examination WING 2 branch. oops one More Thing, you have to add 50 Rs More in your fees as the postal charges. And Don`t Forget To Take your Dairy Number After Submitting Your Application Form, for Future Reference.

Note :- Please make it sure that you have scanned/photocopies both sides of all the dmc`s and degree otherwise they will call you back and waste your time. happened with me too and some other people are also facing the same thing.

Explanation from Deepak is more than enough and I got my wife's transcripts as he told. Still I want to add some points
1. You can got directly to Oriental Bank of commerce and pay the fee (100 per DMC/Degree copy + speed post fee).
2. Make sure that your application is complete because no one will check your application while accepting it and you will get a call later on if there is any problem.
3. You also need to write an application for transcript, this does not have any specific format so a normal application requesting for transcript will be enough. Write this application at home and make sure that your address and phone numbers are mentioned on you application correctly.

Please note that the fees for transcription & WES forms has been increased from existing Rs 100 to Rs 200 per document wef from 09-Jun-2016

Can the guardian go to university and fill the form and all the formalities to get the transcript...and other question is will I get the transcript only into the envelope or I will also get the degree certificate in the envelope...
