Ok I
I use 888-242-2100. I believe 8-5 maybe? Always a 30+min wait. They told me today can take 5-10 business days for things to get added to file and I would receive an email confirmation when they get it? If nothing by next Tuesday, she advised to call again. She said mailing takes longer to add to file. Hopefully they get it the second time around
Tried calling ....I keep driving fferent different prompts referring me to.wevsite ...what prompts have you picked

I think it was applications n for permanent residency. Then it will ask your file number. Then it will give the same info that’s online. Then you can press 0 to talk to someone

ok it keeps saying 'volume of calls are to high cannot transfer you to an agent'....ill keep trying i guess...its frustrating because my work hours are the same of the open hours for the...so im lucky today i am in a low key building i can do this. I tried emailing them to. Since we sent in all of our stuff on November 9th...i havent heard from them or got an update...and you got me thinking about what you said yesterday....what if they lost my documents or somehow didnt recieve it? you know...

When you wrote your MP...what did you say exactly when you asked for their assistance?

I wrote them before our appeal. They suggested once appeal was won they can call and check on status. Today my MP’s office emailed me to say they are waiting for my husbands email so I sent it to hto r and she was going to forward it to them. They have an issue with us using the same email apparently but we did all the way through our application. Why now it’s a secret, yet we should know about our spouses. So frustrating. If this doesn’t work I will set up another email under his name so I can still access it as Jamaica’s wifi isn’t so readily available as ours....God help me deal with these ppl

That is stupid...i know we have used my email throughout the whole application and I am his representative......
They also asked my husband in his original interview "why use your wife's email?'
Really? my husband doesn't speak the best English, their instructions are hard enough to understand for English speaking people...of course i took the lead on handling all paperwork and communication. How is this so hard to understand lol!!
This system is so messed

Hello all, i have a date for ADR in February 21, 2018. My wife was refused visa in December 2016 and i appealed the decision in February 2017. I got blue book in May 2017 and now ADR in February 2018. I live in Calgary and would appreciate any one from Calgary who has gone through ADR process to please give me a kind of idea on how to go about it and questions to expect. Though i have a lawyer, i believe in experience. I would appreciate your help if you could. Thank you.
