Language proof

I did my IELTS exam for my PR application and got accepted based on my score, since then i lost the copy of the test results and was wondering if i can use my "GCMS Information Request" form that include the test result as prof of language proficiency.

Please advise.

I highly highly doubt that. As unfair as it is. It is not proof that you can speak the language. IELTS will reissue certificates less than 2 years old I believe so that's unlikely to work for you.

Yah i contacted IELTS and they said they cannot provide any copies after 2 years. It's frustrating that a correspondent from Immigration that include test number and results cannot be used as proof of language
