November applied visa for jan2018.

i had applied on 20 nov hyderabad vfs forwarded to bangalore ambassy cant able to link online

got refusal on 27th nov. but passport is not despatched and even in vfs status its showing that file being processed at canada office,delhi . today i called high commision they said visa officer has your passport you have to wait .wth ?
