Hey, don't wait up, College's give offer letter in maximum of 7 days.
If it isn't comming, probably the seats are full or the college is not willing to give it to you.
Apply for other college, rather than wasting your year.

i have applied in other colleges aslo but no response . Agents are saying this is due to strike in Ontario colleges

From what I have heard the strike got over so i guess the colleges will resume their work now
