IMM5669E - request letter under CEC EE

Hi All,

I applied my PR in express entry CEC on 18th november.
Today on 24th november i received a request letter from CIC to submit IMM5669E. Now i am little worried why this has been sent me within one week of submitting my application.

Want to know if is it normal.
Want to know for what reason they send this form. I have submitted everything what all is required.

Kindly reply experts.

Migrated to Canada.
May 2014-Aug2015>>>>Canadian Studies
Sept2015-July 2016>>>>working part time in Canada and full time field job search in canada
Aug2016- Present>>>> working as IT professional (NOC code 2171)


This was my 10 years journey. kindly update me according to my situation. And do let me know what do you mean by statutory questions.

Nothing to worry. It's normal to receive such requests. Just send them what they want and you should be fine.

> 97384936 - My Full Name. (Just want to know what should I submit for this UCI number and what they need related to my UCI number??)
> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature
Schedule A: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf


So basically just want to know along with IMM5669E form what all document they are asking for.??
