Dear Brother , but today i have received medical request for my son as well from CIC. Shall I go ahead and do the medical or write to CIC?no need as per my knowledge

My husband applied from India for SOWP on 27 oct, I live in Canada, my consultant said I cannot travel to india untill we hear final decision from VO delhi, is that true that meeting him will have an impact on his file ? Please reply If anyone have info

I applied open work permit online for him.
Anyone know that what kind of questions they ask?
They will most likely ask for the relationship proof and they can ask him about your life style here, your communication ways and about your work.
They may ask for bank statements. so, its better to take everything, i mean all the supporting documents with you.

Your spouse's work permit is based on you. You are only eligible if you are working in Canada at skilled position. It can effect your file you go to India.
