PGDM or Masters

Hey guys..
I have 3.5 years work experience.. I am thinking to complete my higher education(MBA) in Canada.
I am just aiming for top universities.
But i am not yet prepared for it due to several reasons like GMAT, Financial constraints.
Also i am not sure if my profile is good enough for the same as i don't have any management background.
So it a good option to do PG diploma and then MBA.
Please suggest.

Good but not feasible. How will you pay so much tution fees for both courses

But i believe 3.5 years experience is too much for a PG diploma. And MBA requires management experience. so i am overqualified for PGDM and under qualified for MBA.
