However, you would be fine. Like @bbccanada said and did, try to tackle the first reason for the refusal and ban, i.e, the documents which were presented that caused this issue.

After getting to the root, ensure that the ban is lifted, then you can reapply, hopefully by then AVO would be faster.

It will be overwhelming for you, but you will be fine. Please look for a good immigration lawyer, let him/her tackle the issue, and with God on your side, you will be victorious.

Congrats @bbccanada , AVO is very funny, less than three weeks notice, after they screwed up, by being slow for the whole year, they now want to put you on auto pilot race, they forget people have to put things in place, and airfares are not even cheap anymore.

I wish all of us good news, now we know they are picking up.

@debbiejosh, thanks for your comment which I really like because we sometimes make mistakes we think is impossible to overcome but nothing is impossible just that it takes pain and patient . My experience with the AVO is that when you have a small issue regarding a document with them do everything you can to clear the air with them before moving to the next step asap.

Advice: TO ALL EXISTING MEMBERS AND THOSE JOINING US PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE A DOCUMENT IS 200% GENUINE PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT.THERE ARE BAD PEOPLE EVEN FAMILY MEMBERS YOU CAN SEND TO GET YOU A DOCUMENT BUT THEY ARE THOSE GOING TO MESS YOU UP. NOW AVO GETS INFORMATION FROM BANKS, WAEC, AND ALL THE OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION JUST IN FEWS SECONDS SO WE NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL. I WENT THROUGH HELL BUT I WORK MY ASS TO OVERCOME THOSE OBSTACLE SO MY WIFE NICK NAME ME" DO IT YOURSELF" BECAUSE SINCE MY LAST EXPERIENCE I NEVER SEND ANYONE TO GET ME ANY DOCUMENT WHEN DOING THINGS. I RATHER GO THERE SLEEP THERE 20 DAYS TO GET IT DONE THAN TO SEND SOMEONE TO SCREW ME UP. THANKS YOU FOR READING.
