You can only extend your permit if it is still valid. You need to pass the application to extend your work permit before it expire. This is not an option for you.
You can restore your study permit only 90 days after it expired. Seeing that 4 months have pass, this is not an option for you.
What you need to do is apply for another student permit.
If you are in Canada and have no status, you better get out of Canada before you receive a removal order. Also, over staying in Canada will make you less likely to receive another approval.

You need to apply for extenstion as soon as possible. If 4 months have been passed. Chances are very low, but still try it.

Chances are non-existent. An expired permit can't be extended and the time for Restortion has passed. Only option is to leave Canada.
