MP stands for Member of Parliament - so what you can do is email your MP, explain your situation, and ask if they can help you find out more information about your file. From their end, they can contact the visa office directly (Vienna) and find out the exact status of the application. This is how you can find out exactly what steps are left for your application to be completed
