Should I choose the option as others in the relation colomn or should I choose as family friend as they are distant relatives. My cousin is sponsoring for my visa. Does this matter a lot?

You'll need to choose 'Others'.

BTW your cousin cannot sponsor you for a visa/TRV. S/he can invite you. You must be able to prove that you have the financial resources to pay for the visit
