Hi!
I completed my 12th in march 2010 and then i pursued Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from 2010- 2011 and completed my first year with 64% marks. Then I left the course and got admission in BDS in 2011 and completed it in 2016. I want to know that should I include my BPT marksheet with the visa application or should I need to show only my last education? If I don't include , will it be considered as gap ?

So..It's okay if I don't show that certificate but what do i need write in my visa application for the year 2010-2011?
Should I leave it as such?
Then my application be like
2008. 10th
2010. 12th
2011-2015. BDS
2015-2016. Internship
2016-present. Working as fulltime dentist

Like this, there is no explanation for the year 2010-2011..is it okay to fill and submit the application like dis? Or do i need to write something?
