Hello,
You may first finish your IELTS and confirm your admission to a college or a university.
Later start gathering following documents (in case you are from India)
10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
ü 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
ü School Leaving Certificate
ü Diploma/Degree/MS all semesters Mark Sheets along with Fail/Backlog Mark sheets too
ü Provisional/Degree Certificate
ü Backlog Certificate/Summary from College
ü Diploma/Bachelors/Masters Transcripts
ü Any extracurricular activity Certificates
ü Project Work Certificate
ü If Worked/Working: Offer Letter/Work Experience Letter/Reference Letter/Last 3-6 months’ Salary Slips OR Salary Certificate/Last 2-3 years of ITRs/ID Proof
ü Detailed and Updated Resume
ü SOP [Statement of Purpose]
ü IELTS Score Card
ü Passport Fist & Last page Copy (Colour Copy-2) If any visa is on passport, please get copies of those pages as well.
ü College Offer Letter
ü Fee Receipt-College
ü GIC Certificate
ü Medical Receipt Receipt [Only some certified hospitals do the medical check, and you need to get medical from there only]
ü Photographs-2
ü Visa Application Form
ü Family Information Form
ü Consent Form
ü Questionnaire Form
After all of these papers are ready you may go to the concerned office and submit your file. Although it seems easy as a checklist I recommend you to get it done from an agent so that you may have your SOP, Resume and other things checked by a professional.
