urgent help

I applied for study permit in April, 2017 and went for medicals in June after I received a letter from CIC to that effect. After the medicals, I was called for further test by the panel physician, but while i was waiting for the result to be out, CIC sent me application refusal letter based on the fact that I have not completed the medical examination. I complained to the Panel physician and he agreed to write CIC explaining that the delay was from them due the length of time the test takes.

The test finally came out and medical report sent to CIC around 3rd week of October, but up till now, I have not heard from CIC. Please, what should I do? I need urgent guide. Thank you all
