Hi

Hi,
Is it possible to claim points for Spouse's brother living in Canada as PR?

1. As per the instructions

Note: We’ve made some changes to the Express Entry system:

  • you can now get 15 additional points for at least one sibling (brother or sister) living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident if they:
    • are 18 years old or older
    • are related to you by blood, marriage, common-law partnership or adoption
    • have a parent in common with you

I am Sorry but is that a 'Yes' or 'No'

Yes, I read but in my opinion, it can be interpreted as both yes and no. Thats why, I am asking again.

Hi Folks,
My Aor is 20th June 2017 and still I am in IP2 I guess....I had submitted an application unaccompanying spouse...Now my wife is in Canada after Aor on dependent work permit. Is it compulsory/necessary to let CIC know about travel history after AOR. Please let me know your views guyz as I am not getting any movement in my file after 4 and half month. Thank you
