My husband received a letter from the high commission office in Jamaica today requesting for receipt of permanent resident payment, 2 passport pictures his medical completion receipt and proof of ongoing relationship status. I am a April applicant with this information is this a indication that perhaps the interview will be waived or is this standard procedure?

Has anyone received this form of communication before?

I didn't but it sounds like his passport request for Permanent residence.

I finally got some good news. What a journey! Passports are with the Embassy. He got prepaid dhl envelope. Waiting for them to send back. My husband was scheduled for 9am but didnt get interview until 11am. It was short. Didnt ask much questions.
1. Does your wife continue to communicate with you etc. She didnt want to see the proof when husband handed it to her.
2. What you plan to do in canada?
Alot of those questions she didnt ask. Plus they know our history
I had to switch plans now because waiting for passports. Almost there!

For real, crazy wild experience. Im sure there were more questions but may have to ask another time. He travelling to Mobay. I couldnt talk, eat and I took out my stress at gym! Lol

Good question, we have accompanying children. Not sure if its that reason. Didnt get the full details. They said they would return passports 2-3 weeks
