I guess you are right. I just wish there was a pattern. Would it be so hard to be on a first come first served basis. and it seems like dey favour applicants from the United Kingdom. Just have a look at immitracker.

Made so much plans concerning this relocation and this LVO is throwing a wench in my plans.

Most of the people i know whose application were moved to LVO have had a Uk visa refusal in the past, even though we have visited other countries after that. Asides refusing us entry into their countries must they punish us further.

Just ranting. I am just going to zone out and sign out from all groups and blogs. Stick to check my application once a week and move on with my life. See you guys

I’m getting job offers offering me almost double my current salary and I’m refusing them because I don’t want to add complexity to my application at this point in cases cic comes back asking for more documents or should they finally approve my application and I need to relocate. Also, despite already being to the UK and many countries in Europe as well as twice to Canada even, I have a refusal from the US which seems to be haunting me. Even though my latest GCMS notes showed that they requested info about me from the US, and the US told them I was all right; they still requested ADR asking me about that refusal. In December I will hit 6 months waiting. I told myself if by new year’s I don’t get a response, I’ll continue living my life as if it’s a refusal. I can’t keep everything on hold like this for much longer.

For now however, we all need to try and stay calm and minimize the frustration and most importantly not get hooked up on false hope like imagined patterns as it will only lead to more disappointments.

I did not get any ADRs either from CIO or London Visa Office and at this point I think the reason why my application went to London is probably because my Wife was denied US Visa, which she finally got.

This experience has thought me to be patient and calm. Certainly you will get your PPR and if you are not in the WhatsApp group try to join. There is a huge support system there.

Your file is currently in London for final processing. Unfortunately we cannot give you a specific time scale of when processing will be complete at this time. We will be in touch with regards to the next steps in your application. Please keep your correspondence to a minimum.

You are close to getting your PPR. That response means that your file has been reviewed. I got the same response too and in few days I moved to IP2 and in one week PPR

Dear All,
Don’t get frustrated. Everything will be fine in the form of PPR. All of us will get our PPRs today or tomorrow. We have cleared the most difficult stage at CIO, Sydney where the PR applications may be refused. Now LVO can only take time and ask for additional documents. But the chances of refusal are less than one percent.
So cheer up!!

I admit now it wasn’t the smartest move I did given I’m in the Middle East, but I did it thinking it might speed things up with CIC if I send them an email that I applied again for a US Visa and got it this time. Unfortunately, there’s no timeline for administrative processing in the US consulate and it might take from a few days to years even. So now I’m basically stuck in background checks from both the US and Canada . I’m not sure if being in administrative processing by the US is something I’m required to inform CIC about or if I should wait until they send me their decision and then inform CIC...

Ah we’re actually very close in timelines. My AOR is one day earlier than you, while IP2 is 4 days after yours.

Thank you for all your support friends- I received my PPR from LVO on 1st November!!
All I can say to all of you is that never lose hope and stay positive....its a waiting game and one needs a lot of patience. I got my PPR exactly 6 months and 10 days after my AOR.

Guys, for those who just recently received ADR, how can I be sure CIC received them?

I got the request for ADR on October 30th, with a deadline of November 5th for submission. I provided the document on the same day of the request, October 30th, but until today the status of Additional Documents is "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details."

When I view my submitted application, I find the document I uploaded with a status of "Replacement Provided", while all the other documents I initially uploaded prior to AOR have a status of "Provided".

Hi Moed, someone in our whatsapp group reported that after he uploaded the documents and there was no change to his document status, he sent them a mail stating that he had submitted the document and wanted a feedback on his application. He got PPR two days after the mail. I advise that you do the same, send them a mail and also raise a CSE. If your documents status still reads that, it is possible they have not yet checked what you submitted. Act fast please.
