mine is FCU - CBO.
What do u think it means? different branches of NDVO office or different states altogether?
FCU-CBO stands for Canadian Based Officer; Your application is in its final stages! Your close to DM and PPR!
it has been in FCU-DIS unit before FCU-CBO
Expect DM and PPR in the next couple of weeks! Previous applicants who saw FCU-CBO in their GCMS Notes had gotten DM and PPR within 2-4 weeks of seeing FCU-CBO! Your Application is in Final Review, CBO = Canadian Based Officer; the one in charge of your file at Mississauga and hence who is making the final decision on your file!

Your BGC should go into process within the next week or so!

Mine was moved to FCU-DIS on june 23.. on Aug 25 when they generated notes still in DIS. After that no notes requested so not sure where it is now.

This is very bad at 8 th month of processing still no update or any clue where it was stuck.

What does FCU-DIS stand for, I have not ordered the GCMS notes or anything of that sort yet.

Gcms notes Help is just to see if every thing looking good or any red flags they pointed out. Can see whats all happened so far with our application.
It wont directly impact any processing times i guess..

That Due date you looking seems to be the default one which they keep 1 year from the created date. The due date we all discussing is in page 2 under application assignment..

Anyways no one really knows what that signifies exatly..

Hey everyone,

I just thought I should share this. When I ordered GCMS notes, I noticed that the status of Review of additional documents in My CIC account has changed to "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." on September 2017. But I have submitted everything such as PCC, schedule a , medicals (passed then), and all possible documents. On top of that, I did not receive an email or update in ecas or any changes in MyCIC account to indicate what exact documents they need to continue processing. Later when I received GCMS notes, I noticed that the notes generated date and status change dates are same.

So I sent a case specific enquiry 10 days after status change to My visa office.

Yesterday we got a reply from NDVO (New Delhi visa office) as below.

Please be advised that your application is pending a final review by an officer. At this point in time no additional information is required on your part. Our office will be in touch with the next step in processing once the review is completed.

Inference: We saw this same pattern with 8-10 other applicants in 2017 applicants. When we called CIC, similar comments were given by the agents as the internal request within the VO is reflected in applicant's status and of course, the GC Key account is not a great tool as the information structuring is yet to be better organized. Also, this is one of the baffling queries circulated by applicants in 2017 (NDVO forum and April 2017 forum). Hence I shared my 2 cents! Again, it is definitely not an ascertainment. An observation of a pattern! Agreeing and disagreeing is everyone's prerogative as it is case specific. So please expect the review of documents status to change to “need more documents” when you order GCMS although you have submitted everything. On a precautionary note, please reach out to CIC by a call, case-specific enquiry, and an email just to be sure.

Thanks!

Great! How long did NDVO take to reply? We also sent an inquiry earlier this month but have not heard anything yet. Thanks.
