Hi Fkl ,The Alchemist and Seniors,

I have two OWP rejections previously and I am trying to apply for the third time.My wife has PGWP approved for 3 years.I was advised before by Fkl & The Alchemist that there is no issue once my wife gets a job offer under NOC category to apply for the OWP. Recently she got a job as RPN which falls under NOC A (3012) but its a part time job.My doubt is that, whether I can apply for OWP since its a part time job or should I Waite for an another part time job offer for her ,and how many pay stubs have to produce while filing.

Dear Brother,

From your message i understand that your wife got the medical request on Oct 16 and she has done her medical on Oct 18, Am i right about it?

I believe that first CIC has to approve the medical, it will take around 2 - 4 weeks. (This I understand from other applicant's Timeline)

Secondly, after the medical passed then again 2 - 3 weeks.

Then finally CIC will ask for the Passport Request. So wait patiently and pray to god.

I can understand your situation about waiting, it's is long and frustrated. Because I am facing the same situation like you. I believe most of the people who write in this page are facing the same problem.I applied for SOWP on May 26 - 2017 and still now no update.

I wish you all the best. Good luck.

Hi ,
May i know with which lawyer you have applied for the first time?
Thank you
Hi Anncs,

First, sorry for my late reply. (I have been going through some bad situations all the time)

My lawyer was from alberta, but i faced some troubles with them, they don't have enough experience in SOWP Application. And when I applied and finally my application got refused. So i don't want to put you in the same trouble.

I am a beginner in this forum, I don't have much experience about the application procedure. If you have any doubt regarding the application I will try to write the details as much as I can based on my knowledge and experience.

I wish you all the best, good luck.

Dear Jojy,

Also I would like to know where did your previous 2 application processed? It is written on the top of the refusal letter you received from CIC. I would like to know which Embassy?

I wish you all the best, Good luck

Its ok. No worries. I approached GREEN AND SPEIGEL firm in Toronto. I heard that they are one of the best lawyers in Canada and US.
