My passport was delivered on 4th October, 2017 and I am still waiting. Any idea how long I have to wait.? There is no update in my CIC account as well. Does this mean that they are still working on my file.?

Going by the current trend, I was expecting my case to be approved Today or Monday. I got lucky Today.My passport was delivered on 4th October, 2017 and I am still waiting. Since your passport was delivered on the same date as mine, hopefully, you should be getting it on Monday.

haha very true my friend it was too much of waiting but trust me life is a journey one goal got accomplished the chase for the second one will begin but hopefully won't be this stressful...

I have same timeline as yours CIC Approved my application on 17th Sep. Canada Post Tracking not activated as of today 20 Sep. Did you get any update ?

Landing Experiences: It was smooth, drove up to US Customs 500 meter after Metal Bridge at Prescott , ..Told I was there for PR Landing Procedure in Canada. US Officials suggested to park the car near office and asked whole family to be inside the office. Took our passports and after ~5-10 minutes (No lines), a documents (Denial of Entry) was provided though we had US Visa. We went back to Canada Customs doing U turn through Metal Bridge, Gave the 1 page Docs and Passport. Only one immigration booth and one clients already in line. Waited ~20 minute. Immigration officer asked for purpose and asked for passport and COPR. Asked which category (PNP) I was, where we live and which status I am now in with docs and where I am working ...why no inland appointment for landing....suggested may take time,..prefered to drive for 45 minute in sunny day...the officer asked us to sign COPR. That's it. After 5-10 minutes, suggested done with stamp in COPR and Passport as PR EE. No proof of Address, No POF, On Goods to Follow, nothing..Very fast and smooth.

I would say it should be returned to you around Oct 31/Nov 1st.
