My employer is my sister and i am applying as nanny for her baby who is 1yr old..

Do i need to reapply for not blood related employer just to make sure the officers will approve my application next time.??

Yes you will likely have problems becoming a nanny for your sister. Many families would do this and use this a family reunification and the system was being abused. At least you have some qualifications but it would be much better for you to be a nanny for another family.
